Cancellations must be received both via email at sales@bogeydust.net and by phone at 319-431-8433. Cancellations will not be accepted once the product has shipped. If the order has shipped and a return is still desired the return policy will apply. If you refuse to accept delivery we will charge you for return shipment in addition to the original shipping fee. Custom orders, special orders and personalized items may NOT be cancelled once in production.
