All product returns will be refunded for the original product price to the original purchase method (Visa, MasterCard...) within 30 days of received shipment date provided that the equipment is in Original, Unused Condition and is accompanied by a receipt. Copies of customer receipts can be found in the "My Account" section of this web site. Original shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Custom order, specialized items, and personalized items may NOT be returned for refund. If the equipment is not in Original, Unused Condition the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All demo items, pre-owned or used items and collectible items may be returned for refund if the equipment is in the exact condition as it was when originally shipped from Bogeydust.net, meaning the product has not been used, played, or altered in any way since being shipped from Bogeydust.net. If demo items, pre-owned or used items and collectible items are in a different condition from the condition in which they were when shipped from Bogeydust.net a refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The customer must pay all return shipping fees. Bogeydust.net recommends the customer provide insurance on the items submitted for return. The customer must pay for all shipping insurance.
